Now that Crabtree is injured, the 49ers needed somehow to find that #1 WR.  With luck and determination, the 49ers landed Anquan Boldin.  A true gem that the Ravens underutilized and under-appreciated.  His first debut as a 49er was a big hit.  13 catches 208 yards and 1 TD.  Green Bay had no answer for him.  KAEPERNICK has found himself a new target.  Kaepernick with Boldin, Vernon Davis and Gore are going to kill it this year.  49ers are on their way to SuperBowl XLVIII at the MetLife Stadium.  What luck to be able to get two SuperBowl rings back to back on two different teams.

It's been a long time coming, but he's back.  KAEPERNICK!  There is no slump from last year.  He's right back where he left off.  Worry about the read option if you want, but Kaepernick is not a read option QB.  He's a QB who can run the read option but can also be a pocket passer or run on call.  Take away the run, he'll kill you with the pass.  Take away the pass, he'll kill you with the run.  Defenses can stop one thing but not ALL things.  Then there's Gore they have to worry about (Vernon David and Boldin too).  And down goes Green Bay once again.  They spent the off season trying to figure out the read option and how to contain Kaepernick.  That's cool. . . then he'll just beat him with his arm.  Beat Green Bay in last years playoffs (January13, 2013) with 181 yards rushing and 2 rushing TDs (not to mention the 263 yard passing and 2 TDs) and beat Green Bay season opener (September 8, 2013) with his arm 412 yards and 3 TDs (only rushing for 22 yards).  He's only going to get better as time goes by.
